You must accept these terms and conditions to download a reading script.

By downloading this reading script you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. This script is provided free of charge for the sole purpose of you evaluating its suitability for your theatre, venue, establishment with a view to licensing performance rights to mount a production. The script being downloaded may not be distributed to parties outside your organization in either printed or digital form.

No license is granted at this time for performance of this play / show in any form. It is provided merely for your convenience in accessing it’s appropriateness for your theatre and deciding to proceed or not to proceed with negotiating a license for performance rights for a future production. You acknowledge that for purposes of Negotiations and Purchasing arrangements for the script/play you are downloading, SRO central.com, a division of Carter Craig Holdings Inc. will be the sole representative of the authors and rights holders and all contract arrangements must be made through this organization.

SRO central, a division of Carter Craig Holdings Inc., must agree to a formal contract before a license is granted to mount a production of this play or show. These terms extend for a period of 48 months from the date of download and agreement to these terms and conditions. In other words, if your organization wishes to enter into a performance license agreement to mount a production of this play or show within a period of 48 months from the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions, said license must be arranged through SRO central, a division of Carter Craig Holdings Inc. All monies due as royalties under said license must be paid directly to SRO central. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that in your position of Artist Director (or equivalent) you are representing your theatre/venue and have authority to bind your organization to these terms.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE PRIOR TO AGREEING TO IT. IN CONSIDERATION OF SRO central AGREEING TO PROVIDE this "Reading" script, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SRO central WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND SRO central.com RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT
